Wayne Malcolm started his professional life in financial services as an independent consultant, who earned commissions only. He was effectively forced to consume success literature and attend motivational seminars in order to survive and, as a result, he quickly learned how to be successfully self-employed.

He left this business in favour of his call to Christian ministry, but did not leave the motivational environment behind. This period seeded in him a love for learning and an addiction to personal development. As a result of reading over 1000 books, attending scores of seminars, employing coaches and mentors in multiple business disciplines, Wayne became known as the Business Bishop.

A Christian Leader

Bishop Wayne is a duly consecrated Bishop in the Christian church who presides over the International Christ Ambassadors Network (iCAN) of churches, agencies and initiatives. He further serves as a Pastor’s Pastor by mentoring, coaching and consulting with church leaders world-wide.

Motivational Teacher

Wayne Malcolm is a Motivational Teacher with over 30 year’s experience as a keynote speaker, trainer and executive coach. He has addressed audiences on four continents, from as small as 5 to as large as 500,000 in multiple sectors including the public, private, voluntary and religious sectors. He is a specialist who teaches with motivational flare on the laws of achievement, personal development, leadership and success sciences.

His intuitive foresight and ability to anticipate trends, coupled with his knowledge of success systems, positioned him as an adviser to leaders in business, ministry and government.

Wayne Malcolm is the author of over 30 books and the producer of over 200 distance learning programs. He hosts his own TV show, aired on TBN uk, TBN in Africa and the Faith World TV network. The Bishop likewise delivers weekly webinars to his EPIC (Entrepreneurs, Professionals, Influencers and Career-called) Networks for whom he writes courses and hosts a podcast.

Philanthropist & Humanitarian

Bishop Wayne works closely with a number of NGO’s including Compassion International, TEAR Fund, The Well and Mercy ships as an ambassador to advocate for the poor! His work in this field has led to hundreds of child sponsorships, micro-financing for local entrepreneurs and medical operations for those who cannot afford surgery.
